Role Responsibilities
The Associate Recruiting Marketing Manager will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, spanning social media management, paid media campaign support, event coordination, content creation, data analysis, and administrative duties. Specific responsibilities include creating and scheduling social media content, assisting with paid media campaigns on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn, and supporting the preparation and execution of job fairs.
The role also involves managing recruitment marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency, and assisting with the creation of both physical and digital recruitment materials. A key component will be supporting the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports on the performance of various recruitment marketing initiatives.
Qualifications and Company Culture

Prior experience in content management, particularly within the cruise or travel industry, is considered an advantage.
