EY Financial Services is seeking to expand its Brand, Marketing & Communication team with an Alternance Assistant, beginning in September or October 2026. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the promotion of services provided to the banking, insurance, and financial management sectors, supported by a team of 1200 professionals.
Expanding Communications Capabilities
The position is designed to be versatile, providing a 360-degree view of Business-to-Business (B2B) communication. The successful candidate will be integrated into the Brand Marketing & Communication team and will support a range of activities, from internal newsletters to external content creation.
Key Responsibilities
The role encompasses both communication and event-related tasks. Communication duties include drafting and distributing internal newsletters, creating content for internal communications – such as articles, videos, and seasonal events – and assisting with the development of external content for social media, websites, and video shoots. Event responsibilities involve organizing client events and webcasts, managing logistics, and conducting post-event evaluations.
The role also includes competitive intelligence, tracking LinkedIn activity of company Associates, maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to social media, website traffic, press coverage, and events.
Candidate Profile
EY is seeking candidates currently enrolled in a Master’s programme in communication or event management. Prior experience in communication or event planning, through internships, volunteer work, or previous alternances, is considered a plus. Applicants should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactivity, creativity, and writing abilities. Fluency in English (B2/C1 level) and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva are also required.
