Italian Court of Auditors Reform Conference – February 2026
Rome will host a conference on February 12, 2026, focusing on initial considerations surrounding reforms to the Italian Court of Accounts. The conference will begin with opening remarks from President of the Court of Accounts, Guido Carlino, Prosecutor General of the Court of Accounts, Pio Silvestri, and Professor Enrico Labella, Coordinator of the Master in Responsabilità della pubblica amministrazione e del pubblico funzionario at Roma Tre University. Counselor Paola Briguori will open the proceedings and moderate the discussions.

Magistrates Vito Tenore, President of the Jurisdictional Section of the Court of Accounts for Lombardy, Tiziano Tessaro, Counselor at the Regional Control Section for Emilia-Romagna, and Ferruccio Capalbo, Deputy Prosecutor General at the Regional Prosecutor’s Office for Campania, are scheduled to present their insights.
