Multiple years of experience in marketing or communications – ideally within an agency – are required, along with expertise in designing sales campaigns for both commodity (electricity & gas) and non-commodity products within the large customer segment.
The role demands proven experience in developing and evaluating communication concepts, strong linguistic skills for targeted marketing, and a solid understanding of the commodity business and a 360° approach to energy services. Proficiency in modern marketing approaches like e-commerce and online marketing, along with MS Office and ideally SAP, is also expected. A high level of IT affinity, including for calculation and analysis tools, is essential.
