The Gabber Newspaper is Florida's oldest independent weekly newspaper. We proudly serve Gulfport, St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, St. Petersburg, and all of South Pinellas County. Look to the Gabber for local city hall news, events, community listings, and business news. We are a Thursday morning tradition. The Gabber Newspaper began in 1968 and has had four owners — The Brann family, the Haveness family, the Reichart family, and the Salustri Loper family. We pride ourselves on ethical reporting, quality writing, and a passion and love for our community.
