A new dashboard is available to track the progress of countries working to meet global malaria targets. The dashboard focuses on the efforts of the U.S. President’s Malaria Initiative (PMI) and its partner nations.
Monitoring Global Progress
The dashboard currently includes data from 30 countries. This includes 27 focus countries in Africa, with Burundi, Gambia, and Togo recently added as PMI partner countries in 2023. It also incorporates data from three countries within the Greater Mekong Subregion in South-East Asia.
Significant Global Impact
Collectively, these 30 countries account for nearly 90% of the world’s malaria burden. The data used in the dashboard is sourced from the WHO’s World Malaria Report 2025.
