Paris is set to host the inaugural B7KLAN J-Rock Festival on July 11th and 12th, 2026, at the Arena Grand Paris. This marks a significant moment for Japanese rock music in Europe, bringing together both established and contemporary artists.

Celebrating 20 Years of B7KLAN

The festival is spearheaded by B7KLAN, a European entity founded by Bertrand Torpedo, celebrating two decades of dedication to Japanese music. B7KLAN has been instrumental in bringing J-Rock and Visual Kei artists to European stages through tours, concerts, and large-scale events, establishing itself as a key reference point for the culture in Europe.

A Diverse Line-Up Reflecting J-Rock’s Evolution

The B7KLAN J-Rock Festival’s programme encompasses a broad spectrum of musical styles, including symphonic rock, alternative metal, pop-rock, metalcore, and industrial. This reflects both the historical legacy of Visual Kei and its ongoing evolution.

The July 11th line-up features Versailles, known for their symphonic metal and baroque aesthetic, alongside MUCC, LM.C, KIZU (making their international debut), and French metal band Souffre. July 12th will showcase Moi Dix Mois, D’Espairsrays, An Café (with their oshare kei style), Jiluka, Azavana, and Imperial Age (UK).

The final artist to perform will be selected directly by the public through an online vote, in collaboration with HEVN, a magazine specializing in Asian music and alternative culture. European guests will perform for 30 minutes, Azavana & the Fan Contest winner for 35 minutes, and main bands/headliners for 60-90 minutes.
