Iowa Hawkeyes football hires four new staff members

Norvell is a former Iowa player, having competed for the Hawkeyes in the 1980s and brings head coaching experience from his tenures at Nevada and Colorado State. Kevin Spencer will focus on special teams quality control, returning to Iowa City with nearly five decades of coaching experience and after previous stints with the Hawkeyes in 2017-18 and 2020-21.
